Opportunities beyond teaching
The flexibility of Gaba’s scheduling systems allows instructors with a variety of motivations to be successful. For those with long-term aspirations, full-time positions regularly become available. Gaba preferentially looks to instructors to fill most of English-speaking positions within the company. For those interested in options beyond teaching, it is only a matter of applying. Open positions can be viewed from GabaWeb as they become available. In keeping with Gaba’s overall philosophy, openings in management, sales, certification and more are filled based not on seniority but merit. There is no minimum length of service as an instructor required.
